In your opinion and, mind you, you'll never be pregnant. And your opinion is wrong, you must be living and born, or at least wanted and near the third trimester in order for it to be considered murder. Otherwise, it is a medical procedure that is victimless. If a woman doesn't want to be a mother, don't you think that would have a detrimental effect on raising kids?

You know, reading the opinions of anti-abortion males, I am reminded of a few women who WANTED children... but were forced to KEEP HAVING THEM by husbands too wrapped up in other things to see it was too much....

WHen these women snapped, THEN it was murder.

Murder, homicide, manslaughter, feticide....all of them are synonymous with taking of a human life.
This is my new signature.

That depends on how "a human life" is defined. Most abortions, however, are done when the subject is an embryo.

Which is feticide....and is a human to most people. Until it's conveniently put aside for those that favor abortion.
When my wife told me she was pregnant I didn't think she was pregnant with anything but a huamn being in it's first stages of development. I don't know who or what abortion advocates have sex with, but to deny the gestating "clump of cells" is a human makes me question the sexual habits of pro-choice advocates.
This is my new signature.

That's pretty funny for a simpleton.

As defined, "Feticide" is the act of killing a fetus, not an embryo.

So, I guess you "conveniently put aside" this definition when you speak out against abortion.

Maybe it's embryoicide, nah, just an abortion. MOST people believe having a brain is an essential element in defining "a human being. You are confusing the noun "human" with the adjective "human". I know it requires some thought to distinguish betweem the two uses of the word, maybe you can do it if you concentrate.

States expand fetal homicide laws
This year, Alabama, Alaska, Oklahoma, South Carolina and West Virginia passed new fetal homicide statutes making it a separate offense to kill a fetus when a pregnant woman is murdered or assaulted. All five new laws apply to fetuses starting at conception.

Among the 37 states with laws making death of a fetus a separate crime, language giving legal status to a fetus at the earliest stages of pregnancy is proliferating. While often enacted in response to a high-profile crime such as the 2002 Modesto, Calif., murder of Laci Peterson and her unborn son, Connor, these laws are increasingly being drawn into the abortion debate.

States are using cookie-cutter language in fetal homicide laws, assigning legal rights to fetuses “at any gestational age,” said Sondra Goldschein, state strategies director for the American Civil Liberties Union’s Reproductive Freedom Project. A 2004 federal law -- the “Unborn Victims of Violence Act” -- takes the same approach.

Naa, you are the one "conveniently putting aside" the legal precident that "feticide" applies to any gestating human from conception.
This is my new signature.
