My own observations have been that most women do not take abortion lightly and feel bad about it.......but I do not see much permanent psychological and emotional damage done..... Even the real religious types seem to be able to handle it d*mn well..... (Yea, some do get bent out of shape, but that can happen with having a baby too.)
