Not true.

37 states have fetal homicide laws, but only 11 states define that fetus as a separate person at conception. The rest define it differently, usually viability. 13 states don't have fetal homicide laws at all.

None of that makes what I said untrue. You said yourself 11 states define a fetus as a seperate person at conseption. And they will prosecute as such. What makes that "not true"?

Your own phrasing is the key here. It has the POTENTIAL to become a human being; the cells are NOT a person yet.
