Thanks for the clarification. And by all means, feel free to respond to me anytime. I just now know, that no matter how many times I explain to you how I came to my own observations of Jesus, that you will disqualify anything I found poignant and helped me reach my own understanding. That it's 'uninformed' and that I've reached the 'wrong conclusion' to how I apply my own belief in Jesus. In the meantime, I will wish you well on your own path, congratulate you for reaching the conclusions of your own path, and celebrate your happiness as well as my own.

I'll also leave you this little excerpt from the story I posted for you about how others see the Divine...And I've done as the Divine wanted...I did the research, used the mind it blessed me with, and as such found the value of Jesus without making him a god. Nor do I have to bow to the Divine, as it wishes me to stand proudly by it's side and share the pleasures of diversity. We're a team, not servant and master.

Numbers 31:17-18 Now, kill all the boys. And kill every women who has slept with a man, but save for yourselves every girl who has never slept with a man. This occurred at end of the genocidal campaign against the Midianites. Moses, presumably under orders from God, ordered the soldiers to kill every boy and non-virgin woman. Presumably, a significant percentage of the latter would be pregnant. So, their fetus was killed along with the mother-to-be. The female virgins would be spared, because they were considered to have value. The fetuses would be destroyed, presumably because they were perceived to have had no value.

LOL, your talking to the wrong cat here brother. I have no doubt that God is a God of Judgment. You think this is bad, hang around. Its going to get worse than this.

<<I didnt critise different cultures. I critisied Muhammad. And rightfully so. Obviously you havent read much about him, and his child molesting murdering ways.>>

Murdering I know little about, but I do know that the 8th century was hardly a peaceful time.

As for child molesting, we're talking 1200 years ago!!! It was common for a woman to be married at 10-12 years of age. Mary herself is thought to be around that age. It was a different time, a different era. You can't hold those that lived then to be held by the standards of today.

Maybe thats where we went wrong. I dont understand what you believe at all. You never bothered to tell me. Yea, I read the story. Out of respect for you, I choose not to talk about it.

Murdering I know little about, but I do know that the 8th century was hardly a peaceful time.No doubt. But Jesus never killed anyone, if you dig what Im saying. Muhammad was litteraly a war monger, destroying anything that would stand in the way of Islam.

As for child molesting, we're talking 1200 years ago!!! It was common for a woman to be married at 10-12 years of age. She was 6. Yes maam 6.Mary herself is thought to be around that age. For the average Joe, your absolutly right. But for someone who is suppossed to be on the same level as Jesus himself, you bet your ass I will hold them to high standards.

I told you my beliefs of Jesus...You just weren't listening. You were too busy telling me that I should only be listening to one source (your source), acknowledging one source (not sources you personally disfavor), and had reached a wrong belief of Jesus because I was uninformed (because I didn't embrace a belief that Jesus was God).

You asked if one believed in Jesus. I answered.

You then asked if one believed Jesus had died, resurrected, and was God...I answered.

You didn't like my answers. To you, they are the wrong answers made from being uninformed or considering sources you don't approve of...

Now? Do you understand me when I say that that isn't respectful of my beliefs?

As to your not responding to the story? I can understand why now you would have issues with it. Afterall, it's not adopting or settling for just one source or one conclusion, but embracing that all sources and conclusions are the same, just different approaches to that end.

And since they do not embrace a one ideology based off of one accepted way of thought and practice...In your opinion it's wrong and based off of misinformation. I respect that. But my own beliefs and perspectives don't reach the same conclusion you have. For me, it's a personal matter. Shared with some, not with others. But I only applie to myself rather then expect anyone else to follow or believe as I do.

A'isha bint Abu Bakr, one of the wives of Muhammad, is traditionally believed to have been married young. The age of Aisha at marriage is an unsettled issue, and the subject of increasing attention in recent years. There are several hadiths (said to have been narrated by Aisha herself) which state she was six or seven years old when she was married and nine years old when the marriage was consummated, but according to some authors there exists evidence implying that Aisha may have been anywhere from twelve to twenty-three years old when she married.

She was 6 consumated at the latest 9. There is much info about it all over the place. BTW that was only one of his wifes. Another was his friends wife, who he told to divorce, then married.

I wasnt telling you you were wrong. I just asked where you got your point of view from. Cause biblicaly, well, you know.
You asked if one believed in Jesus. I answered.

You then asked if one believed Jesus had died, resurrected, and was God...I answered.
I wasnt asking you that, I was asking the other guy that. You took it apone your self to answer. Which is cool, but it is what it is.

I showed you respect by not talking about it. Do you consider this respect as well?

It was common practice back then for a girl to be thought of as a woman when she had her first period.

You are trying to apply 21st century Christian morality to a 7th century Muslim.
