All medical procedures carry some risk of death. Why would you think that this is any different? Back alley abortions carry a MUCH greater risk of death than similar procedures done in a medical office.

Last summer was probably one of the hottest summers we had on record in this area.

One day was especially hot, right around 100, with humidity running about 90%, putting the heat index to about 115. It was an ozone action day, and people were warned to stay inside, don't go out unless necessary, etc.

I'm driving home from work on one of the busiest streets that run through my town. Along the side of the road were these idiots that hold up the signs, you know the ones?

Well, fine, they want to make themselves sick in that kind of heat, breathing in all that exhaust fumes? Fine. But there were quite a few out there that actually had babies and toddlers with them!!!! I couldn't believe it!!!

The same kind of people were holding up signs with graphic pictures outside of a White Castle (a burger joint) last summer protesting a planned parenthood that was down the block. My youngest and I were inside White Castle sharing a little one-on-one time. (It was a weekend afternoon and there were a NUMBER of families in there.)

Certainly these people SAW the fast food place that they were standing by didn't they?

Clearly those that YOU saw had little regard for their children having them out in that environment...
