You don't know much about L&D and what all is involved do you?
correct, but I do know c-sections are an accpeted way of avoidin labor

What if the man does not want it.

if he raped her, he wants the baby. what if a bank robber doesnt want the jail time? he is sorry and will never do it again.

Secondly... So what? If frogs had wings they wouldn't bump their asses on the ground when they hopped...

that is only telling me you cant adress the major differences.

Ok. That's fine. If YOUR god says abortion is bad, then YOU should consider that when YOU make YOUR decision. If YOU want YOUR god to make laws, then tell YOUR god to run for office, just like everyone else... In the mean time YOUR god should stay out of OUR court rooms.

Without your religion telling you it is wrong there is no real basis for making the fate of an unborn fetus important.

If you feel it is immoral leave it between a mother and her God (or lack of one). Who are you to interfere with someone's relationship with God?
