The pre-born baby is either human or it's not. If its murder for the father to end its life, it's also murder for the mother to end the life of a pre-born baby.

Is the pre-born baby killed, yes. But just as the soldier on the battlefield does not consider his actions murder, an internal decision that a mother makes is not murder.

In the case you posted the mother and pre born baby were both killed by an external source and is indeed a double murder.

All killing is not murder Jefferson.
I don't recall "people" needing to be fed by umbilical cords walking around.

A mother has the right to do whatever she wants with her body and that includes ceasing to be a host. You need to get over this fact Jefferson.

...or more accurately stated, "A mother has the right to do whatever she wants with her body and that includes murdering her pre-born child."

Keep in mind, of course, that a pre-born baby is NOT part of the mother's body.



And you have, of course, opened the door to debate on Capital Punishment. But I believe that's a fight for another day.
