public nudity is about public health (and it's not illegal everywhere in the U.S. - it's merely regulated)

internet gambling has to do with the government getting its (assumed) fair cut of gambling income.

neither has anything to do with public 'morals' - but then, after making the argument on internet forums and being proven wrong for years, you knew that didn't you?

I have not read all six pages of this thread... but my god... Is there some sort of wild new pro-abortion movement that I missed while I was away? If there is I think all rational people will want this stopped. I am very pro-choice, like most rational people are, but pro-abortion... That's down-right wrong.

It's the equivalent of people calling pro-lifers "anti-choice".

I've never met anyone who was pro-abortion either. I've met people who are pro-choice however. Just because you might support keeping the choice for people to make that morale decision on their own, doesn't mean you support abortions yourself.
