The other question becomes, who is going to care for, and pay for unwanted children that are born? Our system has nor been very good about getting deadbeat parents to financially support their children and our foster system is already overloaded.

The legal forcing of women to gestate children is inherently sexist in nature. In essence, such an act is discriminatory because it treats women differently than men based solely on their sex. So, if men can "get off the hook" because of their sex, even though they both consciously decided to engage in sex in most cases, then why shouldn't women too?
