The "owner" of the fertilized eggs can have them destroyed if he/she likes.
And I have NEVER heard a peep out of the religious right on the issue.
NOWHERE do they complain about how the fertilized eggs are "butchered"...

They will rear their hypocritical head and insist that the cells cannot be used for stem cell research, but they won't stand in the way of somebody taking the cells to an incinerator.

How come you never hear about them protesting in vitro fertilization organizations???
