A good friend of mine got an abortion (on friday) and was back at work and living life as normal that Monday. Like everything else, different people will be effected differently.
giving birth effects different women different ways. even different pregnancy effect the same women different ways
Yeah I knew pregnancy effected different women differently, so it stood to reason the abortion would as well.
Giving birth is a sudden end to a pregnacy don't you think?

Do you have outside evidence for this claim? I know you've said it before.
According to a study published in the "Post-Abortion Review," 36% of those women who have had abortions among those who were surveyed described themselves as self-destructive after their abortion.

Fully 20% reported having a subsequent nervous breakdown, with 10% requiring hospitalization for psychiatric care. Sixty-one percent of women surveyed said the abortion made their lives worse and only 31% felt "reconciled" with their abortion.

Only 6% of the women surveyed said the abortion improved their lives.

Source: Human Events, 12/13/96.
Thank you for the stats... how does this impact what tadpole said about being anti-abortion is to subjugate women?

It doesn't impact it at all. Because ant-abortionists are still trying to take a right away from women, and make them fall in line with religious 'morals'. Telling someone what they can and can not do to their own body is a form of subjegation. Oh by the way, I wasn't the one who orginally said that either.

Telling someone it is 'ok' to murder an innocent life based on the fact that pregnancy is an inconvience, due to financial concerns or trying to excape responsibility is a form of depravity of the worst kind.

Around 45 million innocents have been aborted since 'Roe vs Wade'. Its the greatest holocaust history has ever witnessed!

No one said it was ok. They said it was legal. It is not the job of the government to enforce morality. What the fuck dude?

It is the job of Government to enforce basic morality..... including laws against murder.

It is not the job of the government to enforce any kind of morality, morality is objective. It is the job of the government to enforce the LAW, whis is different from morality. I suppose you think it should be illegal to cheat on your wife as well...

Correct. And its against the LAW to murder innocents. Except in this case with abortion, the law of the land states its ok to murder innocent embryo's and fetus's. Thats why I call it the greatest holocaust history has ever witnessed. Yet most people don't see it as a holocaust. 45 million innocents meets the definition of holocaust to me.

No, it is against the law to murder people. Innocent or not. By your definition of the law swatting a fly would land you in jail because the fly had never comitted a crime, however murdering a guy who masturbates and jay walks is hunky dory.

Zygotes are not people. That is the determination of the law of the Land sir. And the obvious truth to anyone who isn't brainwashed by a 2000 year old cult.
