This is what happens when a leftist liberal tries to make an attack using a fallacy of bullet statements. Let me use your same bullet statements to cover some of today's news.

1) We live in a Republic
2) A Republic is a country controlled by laws
3) Being openly gay in the military is a crime under military law
4) The government has ruled the choosing to be gay is legal in the military so long as you do not openly discuss it or openly practice it in the military.
5) This proves the Servicemembers Legal Defense Network are liars and are trying to subvert the government's laws.

Anyone else see the flaws in this line of logic? Try again, this time try not to use bullet statements to create a fallacy in logic.
You live in a world where you have a limited amount of time to make a limited amount of choices. Choose wisely.

The Constitution itself recognizes the unborn, so there is no flaw in the argument. Unless you wish to base your argument on the fact that it is in the preamble. If so I will be more than willing to say that it is therefore not in the Consitution.......however, by doing so, you will also prove the unconstitutionality of social welfare programs.

Social welfare programs are NOT mandated by the Constitution. (Not all of our laws are.) I don't see how that is related at all.

The posterity is not recognized until BIRTH. The point, at which, the posterity is a CITIZEN.

'To secure the blessings of liberty for our posterity' does NOT mean that they are entitled to it (or recognized) before birth. A citizen may well choose to financially secure his/her business to hand down to children, but the children do not own the business. They are not recognized as owners or part of the business until they are brought into it (which would require already having been born) or inherit it.

So if a woman knows that she has a condition that she knows will probably kill her during a birth (like a bad heart) she shouldn't be allowed to have an abortion? She knew the danger before having sex...

WHy is abortion a gender issue exactly? It is a moral issue and nothing less. Abortion is wrong. Period. Whether you are make or female does not really matter, the question is this, are you capable of murder? If so you can be capable of abortion. The law is double-sided on this, just like many issues. The Laci Peterson Law is enacted in many areas, and this simply applies an additional murder penalty for the murder of a pregnant woman. No murder charge though if she takes the childs life herself though? If you want a biblical perspective on this issue, look here Abortion

Hey, it's true.

Pro-choice = pro-death because you're FOR the killing of unborn babies.
