Specifically for teenage girls, abstinence really is the best option. But unfortunately, many of them decide not to choose it.

Lots of things can mess with the menstrual cycle. At least BC pills are preventing pregnancy when they do it, ha. And besides abstinence, don't BC pills show the highest rate of efficiency in reducing pregnancy?

I think that's probably true.

But I'm not looking at abstinence just for birth control purposes. There are just SO many very cool things for teenagers - especially teenage girls - to be doing rather than having sex and dealing with the manifold consequences.
