First I use facts. You need to learn that your opinion is not a fact. You did make one true statement completely by accident, but I have posted it before. I despise the Republican Party for what they have done and are doing to the country and the rest of the world. Let me give you another fact. At this point in time our government is run by a two party system. You either support one or the other or you are just confused and do not understand how our government works.

Ah no, I'm not confused. In November I voted for the lesser of two evils because I feel the Republican controlled party was all about invading for oil. Does this mean I should not mention the corruption being undertaken by most of Congress? Why, because you said so? I don't think so. I am expressing my opinion, as provided to me by freedom of speech, and make sure I mention its my opinion. Heres a fact for you, and I will provide a link if you feel the need to question this, Most of our Congress votes, more times than not, the way lobbiests want them to, not the way the region they represent want them to, Democrats, Idependents and Republicans alike. I mention this because my main concern with our system is this legal payoff scam that I feel needs change. I should not mention it because you don't like it? Please.
Usually, here on DtT we make sure to have backing for statements we claim are fact. A link, a footnote on what book or paper we're quoting and the heading of the article and the author. Don't try and make it sound like I am the one trying to make my opinion sound like fact with no proof of what I say. You are guilty, of not providing some proof of what you write, in almost every post. I will always supply some backing, especially if asked, because that is how it is on this forum.
You on the other hand have been asked repeatedly to supply some documentation for your posts. You continue to post as fact and refuse to take the time to supply something to show you have documentation. You expect us to take what you say as fact because you say so? Maybe you don't care if others believe you, or maybe you think your wonderfully articulated posts should be proof enough.
Now, you can continue to post like you do or you can prove to me, and everyone else, that your words are actually facts, its your choice.......
Lets ask the membership how creditable they think you are without providing some information to back your statements. What do you say everyone? Would Billy seem much more creditable with some type of proof with his posts?

In my studies of World History I have never seen a situation where there is money and power without corruption. My opinion is that this speaks more of mankind than anything else. This is why it is so important to always question our government. Thank God we do have that right and I fear if we do not use it we will loose it. As for proof of my post. I am sorry, but I do not believe another person's ignorance oblidges me to memorize, search out links ( I think net links are BS anyway.) or educate them. The best that I can hope from anything I post is that it will make someone curious enough to get off their lazy ass and actually study something.

Your reasoning is almost always twisted with some Republican smearing. Then you wonder why anyone would want you to provide a link or a credit of where you got your info. Notice I did go study this, as evident by the link I provided. (which you didn't go look at, at all, as evident by your lack of response and your attempt to ignore it by saying you wanted to 'keep it simple').

What, so you can ignore their points by saying you 'want to keep it simple' but expect everyone to jump right into studying what you said? Seems to me you are either not open to other views, you are the one that refuses to get off their lazy asses and study something, or actually, just care about only putting down the Republicans, and don't even care about the subject. It called a debate forum for a reason. Not debating other people's view only points to how actually ignorant you are, IMO.
You said, in an earlier post, you usually get your info from a newspaper. Does the paper you read not have a website? To much work to back your claims? Maybe you think that, your claim that you write is fact is proof enough. Here, on a political debate forum, it is not.

Sorry Dyrea, I did not realize you made the rules. From my meager experience debateing IMO's is a waste of time. IMO's are like ass holes, everybody has one.
