Did i say all surgeons are because of that? All I am saying is that there are far too many under qualified minorities in the jobs that really matter.

What degree did the minorities not obtain as to not be qualified as surgeons? Because I fail to see how affirmative action would impact quality control of educations needed to qualify for such a position.

Thats the problem. They didnt obtain a degree. The school just passed them because they could be sued for discrimination.

No it is directly because of affirmative action. Minorities get the 1st choice over us because their 15th cousin 3 times removed uncle was a slave.

Do you know how much we outnumber minorities? It just gives them a chance in this rascist country. It barely impacts our chances.

The most important thing to realize is we are all in this together. Our weakest links affect our strength and affirmative action is a great tool to strengthening that chain.

NO the reason it does directly affect me is because when a company is looking at a white male and let's say a black female the company nowadays is more prone to hire the black female because they are afraid of lawsuits and being labeled a racist or bigoted company, even if the white male is more qualified.

The chances of you being affected by this is very, very small. And even if you were to be affected this way it is STILL good for the stability of the country.
