I don't know if I'd like that. Personally, I like that my synagogue is autonomous. I don't have anything against Christians, but it's our community, and our accomplishments, and our goddamned potluck...

Ahem.

Anyway, I don't want to seem racist, but there's something to be said for having one's own church. I'm not saying that segregation is good, but if a community wants to be autonomous in some respects, they should be able to. It shouldn't be considered a mark against anyone.

It's probably about denomination and community, not being oppressed by "the man" or whatnot.

Are the church fees higher at the white church or something? Why would economic factors affect a denomination, or what church a person goes to? I suppose location and convenience could play a role, but it's not like anyone has been turned away from a church for being poor... Well... Maybe someone has, but that would easily be the crappiest church ever, and I would advocate it being burned to the ground for being populated by assholes.

Yes, because clearly, many black people are poor and Democrats because of Jesse Jackson and Al Sharpton. Why didn't anyone see it before?

This minority is staying a Democrat as long as the Republican Party is the party of sticking it's big government nose into my personal business. I can buy my own damned food. There are way more reasons to be a Democrat than just wanting a handout.

The three rules of real estate.
Location, location, location.

For him all religion is the same....a terrible thing!

So much for an actual argument based upon fact....instead we see assumption, and you know what they say about when you assume you make an *ss of yourself.

Why would a denomination be limited to a race?

You're correct. Everything is racist to some people because they are racist minded, so that makes them the real racist in my opinion.

You can't deny the truth so you make a sarcastic remark. Then you have blame me for the quality of debate going down. There's a word for that.

Gee, I don't know. Why don't you visit a mosque and ask them why most of the people that attend are of Arab descent? Why don't you attend a Minnesota Lutheran Church and ask them why most of their ancestors came from Sweden, Finland, and Germany?
