Sure is. I would like to hear otherwise with good thoughts from the left.

When you represent minorties their communities have a chance become more stable. This benefits all of us and would eventually save more lives than the difference between a C+ student and B student.

It is for the benefit of the greater good of the whole.
But it is not for the betterness of those patients that are getting lower than should be health care.

It is not affecting the quality of their care. And it is improving our country overall.
I refuse to believe that affirmative action is a step in the right direction. Discrimination never solves anything even if it has good intentions.

Creativing equality in the workforce is not discrimination. It is trying to resolve discrimination.

There is little doubt that the world in general is more liberal than it was 50 years ago and beyond. Conservatives are simply roadblocks on the path to an ever more progressive and liberal world. What a sad existence.

Does the end justify the means?

Do two wrongs make a right?

How does discrimination resolve discrimination?

Should the government be trying to fix inequality or trying to eliminate discrimination?

Just some questions... wonder what your thoughts are.

It isn't discrimination against white people. Those are my thoughts.

Like steven m said, you cannot use discrimination as a tool to eliminate discrimination, that way you are always going to be in a vicious cycle of discrimination.

I don't think the system prevents white people from success. It doesn't discriminate against anyone.

Affirmative action isn't reverse racism, it's a pathetic attempt to offer some sort of retribution to colored people living in America for all the injustice they've been done. It's a disgusting way to show concern for the colored community in America, and if anything, it's an insult to them.
