is it ok
if u r an illegel european and blend in is it ok as i know it to be most that are crossing the southern boarder and r lower north american and centeral and south american do have green cards and also know it to be that europeans do not often get green cards saying yes but we r european what i am asking: is it legal to be an illegel european without green card in America....Possum

No, it is not legal for any foreigner to be in the US without the proper visa. That is why they call them illegal aliens....

It's estimated that there are approximately 15 million illegal aliens in the USA. Frankly, if they're not documented, how is it they can even roughly guess their number.

In any event, if 40,000 of the illegals of European origin, then European illegals represent less than 1/2 of one percent of the total illegals in the country. Seems a little low to me.

If, on the other hand, you are stating that 40,000 Europeans are coming into the country without green cards at the behest of the US government, I wouldn't be surprised. Quota's are set for each country each year. The numbers vary based on changing world political conditions. If this is your statement, it would make for an interesting debate topic.
