Republicans are praying for a terror attack
I listen to Neal Bortz, Rush Limbaugh, Shawn Hannity, Bill O'Riley. I have found that you can miss parts off any of their shows and catch it on the next show. They always have the same script. I have noticed lately that all these guys are praying for a Terrorist Attack on the U.S. before the 08 elections. This shows you just how sick Republicans are. It's like saying - I sure hope some Americans die so we can win at the Polls.

Nothing ever said by these people has been anything but a feel-good hate fest. That's all it's ever been.

They were the ones responsible for the hatred...sheer and unabashed hatred...of democrats...as though we were not Americans but worse than any terrorist cell in the world.

Their message is hate....guess what IQ levels tops out in their viewing crowd?

Yeah, I'd have to chalk at least a significant portion of it up to sensationaalism and senseless fearmongering. We're the richest, most powerful nation in the world and they think that a few religious nutjobs hiding in caves with laptops and AK-47s poses a threat to the U.S. This is reality, not "24."

The rest is mostly just blind hatred.

My entertainment availability of electronic broadcasting is limited so these programs I see only rarely and typically only for the limited entertainment value of their broadcasts.
However, I am curious. Do you have any quotes or links that might support the thought that they are desirous of another massive terrorist attack?

All these Republicans broadcast on hundreds of Clear Channel radio stations everyday. Mainly AM Channels but do have some FM Stations. Republicans use the fear factor in every election. Be it Immigration, Terrorism, Racism, Gay Marriage, Taxes you name it. But the 08 elections look very bleak for the Republicans. Republicans are desperate to the point of wishing for death and destruction in the U.S.A. so the U.S. population will vote in fear. The very sad point is that U.S. Citizens have lost their courage.

Sure. I understand only too well how the republicans, in particular Georgie, has pressed fear as the primary motivation to vote for republicans.

And I have seen and heard enough of the right side of the media to know that they too also use fear to stir conviction to their side of the debate.

Perhaps it is just my misunderstanding of your point, but it seemed you were implying that they were commenting specifically for a terrorist attack on the US prior to the elections. Apparently I read too much into your post.

No, you read it right - these Republican fear mongers, I have already listed, said a Terror Attack on the U.S. would help the Republican Party.

"Be it Immigration, Terrorism, Racism, Gay Marriage, Taxes you name it."

I'm still waiting for the story about a gay illegal immigrant terrorist burning a U.S. flag.

But yeah, I listen to these guys from time to time too...but usually I can stand about only 5 minutes before I get so pissed I have to change the channel.

It isn't these clowns that worry me, it's the people who take them seriously.

I tell you what, if you want to hear the King of Tards, try listening to the show by Michael Reagan -- Ronald Reagan's adopted son...

That's odd. Seems the number one reason listed by the republicans to stay in Iraq is because it's better to fight them 'over there' than to fight them here.

Should it happen I guess we could cross that one off the list and ask them about the infamous Plan B.
