This is a typical scare tactic, play with someone's emotions hoping they are not intelligent enough to see the difference. You might as well show pictures of a flue virus... no one mourns the poor dead viruses... No one mourns if a woman has a kidney removed...

I see little difference. It's a medical procedure. It is the woman's choice. No one is forcing you to have an Abortion, you can not force another to NOT have an abortion. To do so would be immoral.

Probably... I have never been to the Army of God website... But this link just has pictures of dead, torn-up (aborted) fetuses and some video of it... It's really no big deal at all and I have no idea why it should influence someone's decision...

It's like jiggling a bag of fat in front of someone about to get lyposuction... Who cares?

I'm in school now, and I guarantee you I don't want the librarian looking over my shoulder to see photos of butchered bodies. It kind of goes in the same vein as pornography on the school computers. The pics are pretty disgusting, too, and considering what these anti-abortionists are trying to do it's completely hypocritical. Save fetuses by degrading the ones that are dead by posting them on the web? Please...

A lot of what the Christian right does is Hypocritical...

Would you prefer, then, that more women decide to have abortions during the period of gestation when those embryos/fetuses do not visually appear to be human?

I mean, before about the tenth week, a human embryo/fetus does not visually appear to be human. In fact, before this gestational age, a developing human embryo/fetus is visually indistiguishable from, first, a worm, then an amphibian, then a reptile, then a mammal, and, finally, a primate.

(It should be of interest to note that roughly 3/4 of all induced abortions in the US occur before the 10th week gestation...and before those fetuses visually appear to be human. And those pictures represent fetuses with gestational ages that are older than the 10th week.)

Great. I suppose you are willing to adopt and care for all those babies who would have otherwise been aborted.

I am pretty sure that the same person who posted the OP in this thread, complete with pictures that exploit rather than truly enlighten and educate, well, I am just sure that "fisherwoman" would say it is propaganda if someone were to post the pictures of the Iraqi civilians made victims of the US War on Terror.

No she's not likely willing to adopt all these kids, but she is willing to dictate major life decisions to others... Although I doubt she'd care much to have such decisions dictated to her.
