My pinched nerve has been really screwing me up somethin wicked. I'll be flat on by back for a couple days. Too many meds to make much sense right now anyway.

Get well tyreay! Back pains surely are not fun. Luckily, going to the gym has helped reduce my chances of getting back pains as I used to get them pretty severe every so and so..

I've taken some time off as well to deal with what I have..Lets hope we will both feel better in the coming new week.
