Tell me about it. Out of 12 contestants, only 2 of them passed the signature dish series? Usually, it's been only 1 or two that DIDN'T pass that part of the show.

If I had to say who'd win right now, I'd be stumped. I wasn't impressed with any of their abilities, let alone their attitudes. And if they had this much trouble on just the first show? Ewwww, hope they can back up their claims of being able to learn things quickly.

It deffinately seems that it will be an interesting season, that's for sure. Between the fighting female chefs, the crying male chef, and the future show where one of them collapses in the kitchen...

The only problem is the programming...Hubby also love watching the series Enterprise, and Hell's Kitchen comes on right in between episodes.

There is little doubt that the world in general is more liberal than it was 50 years ago and beyond. Conservatives are simply roadblocks on the path to an ever more progressive and liberal world. What a sad existence.

He always manages to bring the female chefs to tears each season and peeve off the male chefs...But this time he has the guys crying while the women are the angry ones?

I just wish America wasn't so god damn hypocritical and just allowed curse words to be uncensored.

Tell you what...I'd rather watch the show myself, then be on it. This end of the t.v., it's entertainment. That end of the t.v......It's hell (pun intended). I don't swear myself, but I don't doubt after about 5 minutes of working in Chef Ramsey's kitchen, I'd learn how to.

To top it off, I'm Irish and I know how to use knives...Headlines and season discription wouldn't be pretty at all.

Thought I'd bump this thread back up...

Did anyone catch last night's episode? If so, what's your thoughts on Chef Ramsay's decision about Julia?

I'm bummed she was dismissed, but the oppertunity he gave to her was fantastic. And I for one am looking forward to her return to another season in Hell's Kitchen once she learns the basics in culinary school.
