Hi friends, I have tooth that looks like the gum has pulled away from it? it bleeds a lot and i have some chest pain do i have a infection that is so bad it makes my chest hurt?? i brush 3 times a day didn't notice any problems till i ate a frozen snickers bar, felt what seemed like a cut to the gum and now its black around that tooth and like i said mild chest pain but tooth bleeds not hurting??

But since you did, I feel obligated to tell you that infections of the gum and mouth can sometimes migrate to the heart. If you are for real, you need to see both a dentist and a doctor as soon as possible.
