All done with Congress silent on the deals, with the economy teetering on collapse (need to create new money) and with immigration hot in Bush's pursuit.

There is just too much evidence OUTSIDE the treaties to deny this is in the works. Look, we have the European Union and the African Union. The wealthy, IMHO, want nothing more than to have "Unions" that they can govern with a body of ruling elite to control all.
