I've been having a lot of fun on this forum, but I've been in a bit of a lull lately. I'm a kind of person where I have to be in exactly the right mood to debate a certain issue which I enjoy talking about. I also realized that though debate is fun, it doesn't change many opinions or get much done. it's more of just a showcase of one's knowledge on the topic and their argumentative fortitude. That's perfectly fine, but I think now I wanna do something.

I've been interested in seeing if there are any freethinkers' organizations up in Binghamton or any groups interested in maintaining the separation of church & state, religious neutrality, etc. I'd LOVE to work with one of them. I also need to get a lot of my homework done. I've finished reading a great introductory book on atheism and I want to get my hands on more material so I can brush up and get a fuller understanding.

So I'll be on quite a bit less, but I'll visit every now and then. See ya for now!
