| Fourteen American Soldiers killed in Baghdad June 21, 2007 Baghdad, Iraq - Another 14 U.S. Soldiers and Marines have been murdered in Iraq over the past 48 hours, according to the U.S. military. The deadliest attack happened Thursday when a roadside bomb struck a military vehicle in northeastern Baghdad, killing five U.S. Soldiers, three Iraqi civilians and an Iraqi interpreter. A U.S. Soldier and two civilians were also wounded in the bombing. A rocket-propelled grenade struck a U.S. military vehicle on Thursday, killing one Soldier and wounding three others in northern Baghdad.
