Stop AT&T, Verizon and Comcast!

The ancient Greeks used to say, "You shall know a man by the friends that he keeps." Given the nature of their friends and advisers, what are we to conclude about the Republican party:

Net Neutrality is a very serious and important issue that is not given it's due attention by most folks. Please take the time to read more about this very serious concern.

When we log onto the Internet, we take a lot for granted. We assume we'll be able to access any Web site we want, whenever we want, at the fastest speed, whether it's a corporate or mom-and-pop site. We assume that we can use any service we like — watching online video, listening to podcasts, sending instant messages — anytime we choose.

What makes all these assumptions possible is Network Neutrality.

If corporations get what they want, sites like this one will disappear, and you'll be left only with the Yahoo! Forums... And we all know how crappy those are... They allow people like garysher and pineapple to post all sorts of ridiculous nonsense, slander and what they believe to be personal information all over the place...

Please avail yourself of the democratic process and write your congressional representatives...

Actually, they've come up with a new way to harrass people over the weekend. Now they're e-mailing yahoo with complaints in other posters' names against other posters in an attempt to get our yahoo IDs deleted.

Many of us there (who are members here as well) have been spending our weekend sending 'complaint' e-mails supposedly made by ourselves, back to yahoo, notifying them that we're not the one's making the reports against the other posters.

And the bots have also been very kind to post the lists of those they're trying to delete, as well as bragging about using our yahoo IDs' e-mail information to report those people on their list. A list that happens to be compliled of anyone that Gary/Piney has personal issues towards.

It's amazing just how low they will go to try and make others miserable isn't it? Just how vengeful they can be towards those that disagree with them? Then they wonder why I won't speak about where I went to college so they can't use that information to track me down and show up at my doorstep?

It's just a good thing you and Hev don't post there, cause they'd definately enjoy the chance to use this newest terrorist action against yourselves as well.

I am sure they would... Which is why I do not participate in unmoderated forums...

Too many losers trying to make up for what they lack in real life by making other people miserable...

Yep, that pretty much sums up that duo.

Guess they figure if they can get our IDs deleted there, that they can get our access here deleted as well and anywhere else we participate. ROTFLMAOL!!!

I wasn't talking about having persuasion to keep us from accessing this board. I'm talking about they think by making us lose our IDs there, that we can't access here through our e-mail addresses. In otherwords, they assume that everything we do on-line is tied into our yahoo e-mail addresses attached to the IDs there and that by losing that ID, we lose any and all access to any other boards we may be joined under using e-mail address verification/memberships like how this board is set up.

Ahhh I see...

Yeah they might be dumb enough to believe that... Luckily for you, once you are a member here, your e-mail address doesn't mean much...
