 |  Sgt. Hey Sgt, I was probably up researching our discussion on the 94' Huskers and Nittany Lions for a good two hours and I have to admit Penn st. did get the shaft. As much as it hurts me to admit they should have shared the trophey. When it came down to it, after looking at all the stats, Penn had a tougher schedule and a larger margin of victory, hence they should have been teh National Champions. I still believe that Tommy Frazier would have led us to a win over Penn state but since that cannot be proven I will meet you in the middle and say that they should have shared the title. THe main reason I believe that the Huskers recieved the National Championship was because they gave Colorado their only loss of the season in which I think they ended up being number 3?   | Nebraskaboy, I appreciate what you wrote. Like most Nittany Lion fans we are long over it. But like everyone else in the country, I would have loved to see a game between Penn State and Nebraska, as much as I think the BCS is crap, that year it would have made that matchup a reality. I also wanted to thank you for what you posted on my blog. I appreciate the invite, but my decision to work and be alone is mine. I knew that coming in to this job. The people I work with make up for not having family close by, I have several invites to dinners after the holidays from other staff members, so I will probably be putting on several pounds. Thanks again for the invite, it means alot to me.
