Looks like he will get off because his rights were violated.

Too bad... they should have done it right.
--- help me Instant Runoff Voting, you're my only hope ---

There is little doubt that the world in general is more liberal than it was 50 years ago and beyond. Conservatives are simply roadblocks on the path to an ever more progressive and liberal world. What a sad existence.

Hang on now...

Violating the rights of a sitting member of Congress who is KNOWN to have broken the law is BAD, and he gets to keep being a Congressman...

But violating the rights of John Q. Taxpayer through domestic spying, etc., is not only GOOD, but REQUIRED.

What's wrong with this picture?
Pretty much EVERYTHING.

Hmmm, well, there must be a fine there, Forester. I suppose if one was to ask this particular member of congress if he is above the law, he might, what laws are there?

Unfortunately, Randy Cunningham was caught, though he never challenged anything about his rights. He knew he was guilty. He is still an embarrassment.

Just another example of government doing what it wants to, putting on their Dog'nPony Show, making everything public in the press, and then who gives a shit what the courts say. It's already made public and all the wags have made their decisions and crucifixions.
