Why do you think so many men involved in fine arts are gay?

I think that is true to a degree.. but I've never felt threatened by it. The type of women I'm most attracted to don't like men who are "too pretty" anyway.

Guys who preen too much lose points rapidly with such gals.

So, it's all good.

LOL - for some reason, we really do seem to have a higher statistic of artistic talent LOL

(also, the field is very accepting of gay people - so it's natural that gay people would travel in that direction)

It might be a matter of aesthetics. Gay men might be more tuned in to visual and auditory senses on a subconscious level. A blending of male and female senses and sensibility provides an ability to appeal to a wide audience.

I mean, Geffen? Versace? Freddy Mercury?

All have contributed in a significant way to the modern culture.

It's just a theory though. I could be off.
