I'm not a straight guy, but I'd take a stab at that one...

For the same reason that lesbians like boobs. They are aesthetically pleasing.

Q: Why is it that straight men who are comfortable with gay men more than willing to ask them to play wingman (find a woman so he can get laid) but less willing to do the same favor in reverse?

Hmmmm that is a tough one for me since I have set up my gay freinds before. I'd suspect it is a wall of ignorence more than anything else though.
