Unhappy Such a shame...
The gay marriage forum on this site has degenerated into an insult and smart-ass bashing venue for a few silly, self-impressed, unpleasant, lonely men.

I know of at least TWO members who no longer post here because of them - people who actually ADDED to the debate; imparted information and discussed things of import with dignity. Trading them off for some one-step-above-trolls has really given ALL the forum the short end of the stick.

I hope the entire DtT isn't allowed to fall into like behaviour. It would be a shame for this one to have serious members drop out one-by-one.

Many good members have already left or got banned simply for expressing their opinions.

ah, yes.

I see it was really worth taking the time to remove PN from the ignore list to see what he had to say LOL LOL LOL

I've never seen anybody get banned for expressing their opinions - unless their "opinions" were nothing more than offensive slurs and insults

Much like is now the regular posting style on the gay marriage forum - turning into a board that nobody with any serious interest in discussion will log on for anymore - people like PN (among many others) turning this into another yahoo board.

Like I said - such a shame, because for awhile, this was a really really good board.

Oh, well.

Now I have to go take the time to put the PN back on the ignore list.

How strange that he finds himself to be so much wittier and cleverer than I find him - maybe he just has a really really low benchmark.

Honestly dude, since the only thing I've ever seen you contribute was either someone elses idea or a vacant racist analogy, you are the last one that should be posting about anyone "one step above a troll". This is just another "whining thread". Which if I had the time to check, is pretty much par for the course for your contributions.
This is my new signature.

should I be thanking the other two posters on this thread for proving my point so vividly?

Wow, even a benign post gets you all exciting and hurling insults.

I have stayed away from this board because I have found that the conversation has dwindled into pointless name calling.

I don't really know what gary is saying as I have him on ignore, but I can imagine. The two that I see acting like children is fxashun and tristan. Perhaps if these two would simply put each on ignore we could move on with reasoned conversation.

Actually, gary is one of the more civil posters of late. Tristan has somehow gone off the deep end for some reason.

You forgot to add fxashun in there. His behavior has been much less than reasoned and that of an adult.
