Defending the Truth

Here is a link to an .mp3 of flight attendants Betty Ong and Nidia Gonzalez, claiming a passenger has been stabbed. Now, I've read and heard many conspiracy theories of how planes did not hit the WTC, or the planes were remotely controlled and sent into the WTC, how do you explain this..?

I don't know what anyone else will say, but I, and my fellow officers, saw what happened on 9/11.

Admittedly we were watching from an office on the other side of the river (Queens) but there was no question from any of us about the actual planes hiting the buildings.

I caught the tail end of a show this weekend on NGC about this.

Their explanation on the cell phone calls were, at first, that they were faked, because supposedly you can't make cell phone calls from a plane. Now we have irrefutable facts that, yes indeed you can make cell phone calls from airplanes, so now they have to change their tunes, again.

Who said anything about cell phone calls?? You do know that most airliners have phones in each seat, and crew phones, which are used to make outgoing calls...!!!

I suspect that the terrorists would have taken action to prevent onboard phone usage in the seats, so if any passenger wanted to use the cell phone in situations like that, nothing would have prevented the passenger from doing that. It was a desperate situation.

One passenger inside one of the planes that flew into the WTC building did talk on her cell phone, describing what was happening. She described where she was, and saw that she was back in NYC as the plane headed into the direction of the WTC building.

A passenger on the plane that crashed into the fields in Pennsylvania talked on her cell phone, saying that plane was being hijacked. I have no doubt that the persons used their cell phones, since the terrorists who commandered the plane, didn't care what else was happening. The flight attendants were powerless to do anything else, except hoping that God can help them.

Now my concern is, why do some people believe that there was no calls made from the flights...and that they were all "made up"??

One man's wife called him from one of the hijacked airliner, as she used her cell phone. I read news reports from the NY Times and from one of the magazines, probably TIME, about that.

I don't think anybody inside the hijacked planes thought much about not using their cellphones on 09/11. They certainly nothing to lose, if they knew that their lives would come to a tragic end. They were desperate, and using their cellphones was their best choice to call. Using the seat phones would have taken a little longer to use, since they had to swipe their credit/phone card before pushing the buttons.

Because that would mean that their theories that there were no planes hijacked that day, and that the WTC was brought down my a controlled demolition are complete bunk, which, of course, they are.

I'm really on both sides of the fence on this. There seems to be good evidence for both a conpiracy and it happened the way we all think it did. The more rational side of me is saying that there's no way a conspiracy this big could happen without somebody opening their mouth about it.

As if the way that we all think it happened isn't a conspiracy also?

I agree with you, however, regardless of which ever conspiracy theory is true, both sides leave a lot of questions unanswered.
