Defending the Truth

I have been double whammed by a Moderator for expressing
my opinion on the thread.. Does Race Matter,. At first I was
given a few 24 hour, but to my amazed I had a month added
on without my knowledge, and the Moderator checked for
playing games like that. I am glad that he did not ban me
from the entire site.

To me it was a racist move on his part, and who does he think
he is? He don't own this site nor is he the head Administrator.
People sign on that thread all day posting racist comments,
and because I spoke up I get banned.

Better Yet Disban the entire thread.

I feel that if you're a Moderator, and can't stand the aftermath
step down. Because you are a bad spot on this forum site.
I get banned because I insulted somebody. Hell what about the
person insulting me? That person that I got banned for, did they
get banned too?

Heres the post you were infracted for(not by me but I back the decision). You were starting trouble because you are racially parinoid and there by have a problem with reverse racism.
Ask any of the members here, we never tolerate racism and we don't tolerate anyone attempting to instigate it(like you were doing). Get over it and go on without any writting like this one:

Actually, we welcome your non-racism posts. (by the way, do you think you are the lone black man on this site? Your not, and others have no problems with this, that I know of, in fact some I consider my friends).

I hope I might be considered your friend, Ty. Wardog, it might help being understood if you can just steer away from the accusatory tone of your posts. You seem to want to concentrate on blaming people for problems; but I've yet to see anything resembling a solution to anything from you to go along with your opinions. As far as the post commenting on your grammar, maybe I can explain this a little better.
It has been my experience in life that people tend to write as they speak; and speak as they write. The two are autonomic in us. Like breathing, we tend to do this without having to think about it.We can temporarily alter this behavior, but only for an extremely limited amount of time.
I think many members do not give credibility to your posts because of these two factors; but that's only my opinion.

Absoulutely Joe, I feel as though we have developed a great friendship here on DtT. You come to the table with refreashing ideas and great comments and treat others as your equal, (which we all should do).
As for the gramactical errors, well, I'd have to give myself a vacation, all the time, if we infracted for it. There have actuallly been times I couldn't understand some peoples posts.
People only get infracted for breaking the rules of the site. We don't infract over every little thing and we do cut people slack. Yet as Mod, it is our job to intrepret the response each poster is trying to get. Some times we make mistakes, we are human, but I think, all and all this is one of the best moderated boards on the web.
Publicwardog was infracted fair and square. Had a person of another color posted in the manner he did they would have been infracted too.
I happen to know Hev is not a pregidious person. I have seen him post many times in defense of targeted minorities, over the last few years.
Thanks for your input on this though. It helps to put things in the proper light.
OT, real quick: While I got you here, your Holdem' guide is the bomb. Its stuff you know but having it on paper makes it all come together easier at the table. I left a quarter game $62 richer, the other night. I told the guys I play with I had a seceret weapon. They now believe me.
