Syriana
Anyone see this film yet?? I had no idea what I was going to see because I haven't watched t.v. in ages and haven't seen any trailors for upcoming films. I went with my buddy and it is a film that that hevusa will absolutely adore!!

Within a couple of minutes into the film, I had a hate smile on my face when I noticed this film was going to be related to the Iraq war. Then I notice George Clooney is in the film...then Matt Damon. hahaha See this hevusa, you will love it even though most of it's bullshit.. Just playing with ya

I'll copy and past what I said in my Capote thread.

I also saw Syriana (before it came out in theaters I believe, but only because my cousin is a film director and he, I guess, is a film critic and was sent a copy to analyze it and vote on it). I thought it was pretty good. I like films that really make you pay a lot of attention to it, and think. Its kind of tough to follow but if you watch it without breaks or interuptions you should get it. Pretty good, and carries a good message also. Although its not as good as Capote.

Yes, you definitely have to be present during the film 100% of the time. Near the last 30 minutes of the film is when things start to add up.
