A question for the Americans...

You do realize that loving the flag is a learned behaviour, right? It's not some basic human instinct to go to such great lengths to protect, revere, sometimes worship, the *instance* of a symbol. So this is something that has been taught to you.

Why keep it? The flag isn't just a symbol of freedom, liberty etc. but oppression and terror. It symbolizes pre-emptive occupation, the leader of a crushing economic vehicle and pretty much everything wrong in middle and south america

(not really, it's just a lot to list here).

Also, how can people get so excited about one flag flying over another when your government iS SPYING ON YOU. Jesus Christ. How is that any less a sacrilege to what the flag stands for than a mexican flag being vertically higher than your flag? That's valuing one copy of a symbol over everything that symbol represents.

I think your democracy is dying and fluttering with its last breaths, America. Do us a favour and implode.

And if we implode, the world would soon follow.

Call it arrogance or whatever you want but the simple facts of the matter are that we have the best military, the biggest and best economy and the most technology.

People are literally dying trying to get into our country, can the same be said about yours. Haitians, Cubans, South Americans, and from everywhere else, people want to come to this country.

What is wrong with Middle and South America is the result of so many years of failed socialist leaders. There are seven states in the US that would list above the Number 2 country when it comes to GDP.

Yeah if we implode, so would everyone else, but then the environmentalist would be happy because we would all be naked living in caves.
