Royal in blackmail plot
A member of the royal family in the UK is being blackmailed over gay sex and drugs allegations. A court order prevents the UK press from naming him but apparently he was named on Fox News show Live Desk. Who is it?

I didn't find it at FOX but the Australian press is reporting that it is Viscount David Linley.
