I agree.

However, the shit always seems to hit the fan eventually. Many of these beating will be all over the public media, and of course will result in more beheadings. I would rather keep it hush, hush. Even though I am against the beatings it seems more dangerous to release this information to the media.

Indeed, the American public being outraged is one thing, the morons who actually make it a point to kill Americans is another thing. But, regardless of whether or not they catch wind of these beatings, they've already given themselves a million reasons to kill Americans, so they're just as likely to do it anyway.
