A new law passed prior to your election dictates that the President may create or abolish any one law or government program he or she desires. Only one change can be made however. Any person who requests a free gun will be required to take a two-week course in weapons handling prior to receiving their weapon. I believe that this will deter burglary, home invasions, theft, and armed robbery, for potential thieves will know that anyone they might wish to rob may be armed and dangerous
