Ohio Democrat Wants Death Penalty for Homosexuals
If you think I'm bad check out this guy in Ohio!

Ohio Democrat Wants Death Penalty for Homosexuals

Merrill Keiser, Jr., of Fremont, Ohio, is running for the U.S. Senate as a Democrat. It's unlikely that he'll actually win the nomination of the Democratic Party, but he's making news anyway because he thinks that gay Americans should be arrested and killed.

He tells News 11 homosexuality should be a felony, punishable by death. “Just like we have laws against murder, we have laws against stealing, we have laws against taking drugs -- we should have laws against immoral conduct,” Keiser says.

Wouldn't it be a hoot if he was here. One of the few times when we all might agree. This guy is a nut. I wonder why Tris didn't post that link?

Sounds like an angry troll, might have been on the old Yahoo boards!

Agreed and that's three!

Some people are just fucking whacked, I especially loved this part of the article:

Quote:
The candidate also decries evolution, saying it is contrary to the Declaration of Independence. “The teaching of evolution works against the liberties we have in the United States,” he told the paper. If a person believe in evolution, he or she “has no rights,” he’s quoted saying.

I'd really like to see how many votes this douchebag might receive.
Obama is a Socialist, racist Muslim who will tax us to death and McCain is a senile warmonger who will start WW3- Failtards.

"Sooner or later, people are going to figure out if all you run is negative attack ads you don't have much of a vision for the future or you're not ready to articulate it."-Sen. John McCain, February 2000.

I miss the old McCain...

We have to remember that the majority of Germans laughed and sneered at Hitler in the beginning. The power of political machines on the move is a very scary thing.

Going to agree with everything so far, yes this guy is a complete nutcase, the second scary thing is that he may actually get a lot more votes than we think from Evangelicles and extremeists , not enough to get him power thank God, but more than we think.

In a way Tristan is right. In some of the countries where homosexuality is still criminal, a insanely high percentage of the population agrees with the laws.

There will be some that will vote for him. But they DO have that right I guess.

Actually, he ran a couple of years ago ... I don't think he's running again (though I might be wrong).

I believe this is an 'old news' news story. I remember he ran in last year and lost - I think LOL.

Agnosticism / Atheism Poll Results

Here's the poll that was connected to the story. Only 329 votes. Kinda sad. I wonder if the question had been "should homosexuality still be illegal" what would be the result?

It's funny the section where this story appears on that site. Just yesterday I linked pro-homosexuality to Atheism.

It's even funnier that he ran as a democrat.

Dude, that was in the election of 2006 and he lost by a landslide. He also loved Hitler and the extermination of Jews....

Cant you find something more timely and worthy of discussion than this??????

I dont know a single Christian who would vote for such a man. Its this exact type of thinking that gives Christians a undeserved bad name, cause people actually believe it. Christians dont want to kill anyone.
