It's spelled "Abortion."

And for the "voice of reason" you sure lack reason. You really didn't have to start a whole new thread for a rather unoriginal opinion.

if its legal to kill an unwanted child it should be equally legal to kill an unwanted adult but unfortunatly its not. so while our country is committed to murdering its innocent future leaders, it seems so reluctant to give lethal injections to its guilty murderers, child molesters...they are entitled to rights?...an innocent child is not? criminals have already proven themselves to be a waste of space but the government insists on keeping them here and give them chance after chance...but all of those poor babies didnt even get one chance to prove anything. so while it could take 25 years for someone to get their well deserved death sentance. i could sentance this child im carrying right now, that i didnt want but will learn to love (my birth controll failed) to death and legally accomplish this murder today with no real questions asked. im no expert on the moral values of the human race, but something's wrong, very wrong. God must crying, and taking anti-depressants.

That's what I don't understand...Kinda common sense isn't it?

I hope those who are for abortion will look at the content in your post and not strictly the last sentence. That will really tick them off..

Having legalized abortion is what has brought down the crime rate in record numbers in this country. It upholds a safer society and I feel it is the right of every woman to choose over her own body.

Keeping it legal is very important for poverty stricken and those that are just too young to care for a child. Sexual education about using condoms and free access to condoms and other birth control would help bring down numbers of abortions to the level we see elsewhere in the world, where religion doesn't hinder sexual education as much.

Morality is not contingent on religion to exist. Therefore religion only detracts from the purity of morality.

Posting the exact same post in multiple threads is really, really stupid. This post exists, word for word, in the "Abortion signifigantly Lowers Crime" thread.

Barbaric? Of course; it's disgusting, and a hard decision to make. But it should still be an option. If action needs to be taken, it shouldn't be manifested as a ban on abortion, but rather in the form of education. The decision should always be the mother's to make, not the state's.
