Spector Threatens to Cut Funding
Pennsylvania's Senior Senator says he's considering filing a bill to cut off funding for President Bush's secret wiretapping program.
Republican Arlen Specter says he still isn't getting satisfactory answers about the spying program from the White House.
Specter chairs the Senate Judiciary Committee.
He says he's informed the president about his intentions, and says he has several potential co-sponsors if he files the bill.

He's actually doing what bi-partisan politics SHOULD do, even though he too is a Republican.
