U.S. lawsuits challenge electronic voting
DENVER, June 5 (UPI) -- A voting advocacy group in Colorado has made the state the seventh to be challenged over its use of electronic voting machines, USA Today reports.

Arizona, California, Florida, New Mexico, Ohio and Pennsylvania have also been challenged in the courts over the devices, which opponents claim are vulnerable to software tampering.

There are also concerns some of the electronic systems don't keep a suitable printed record and may miscount votes, the newspaper said.

The consulting group Election Data Services says about one-third of the country's 3,114 counties use some form of electronic ballot system and no case has claimed intentional manipulation of electronic votes.

Tuesday, California will be among eight states having primary elections. A lawsuit in March prompted several California counties to switch to the competing technology of counting printed ballots with optical scanners.

Texas and Illinois reported problems using electronic voting machines during primaries in March,
the report said.

I am not a human being having a spiritual experience, I am a spiritual being having a human experience.

The ancient Greeks used to say, "You shall know a man by the friends that he keeps." Given the nature of their friends and advisers, what are we to conclude about the Republican party:
Stop the madness before us it stops!
Σταματήστε την τρέλα προτού να μας σταματήσεϊ Greek
