I'm sitting here pondering what you mean by Bush mentality. Arrogance? Seeing things as black or white with no shades of grey? The I'm right/you're wrong attitude?

Bush is an American citizen who was elected by the American people in a free election. Bush is not your enemy. You are being used by muslim clerics who want to enforce Islam on everyone or kill them. We keep seeing videos of muslims telling us to convert or die. That doesn't play very well in a lot of America. Something for you to think about.

Leave Israel alone and Leave America alone and you will be surprised at how peaceful the world can be.

the rest of the world is terrorist to him.. if you disagree with him than you are a terrorist, if not a terrorist than atleast you are a terrorist supporter..

you know the old british type or lets say european type mentality.. we are superior and the rest are inferior and are uncivilized.. imposing their own religion, customs and tradations over other so they can be civilized, educated and so called democratic..

Hear hear... bush isn't the only loon on the world stage..

I call them the cult of stupid... Ultimately their behaviour involves the destruction of something.. That thing is called "evil".. but i always thought all religions spoke of "turning" evil and not destroying it.

They are not bad people.. they are stupid.. they make decisions based on the assumption that something will have to be destroyed in order for change to come.

They call terrorism a cancer, and we all know what doctors do with cancers -- kill them.

I think instead that terrorism is a darkness. You can only "fight" the darkness by shining a light:

in that case its more likely that the cancer will kill you before you get the chance to kill it.. so the best thing is to avoid yourself from getting cancer..

and the root cause of alqaeda's terrorism is that americans had their army stationed in Saudi Arabia (where 2 of our most sacred cities are located).. and as you also know they had put sanctions against iraq.. and ofcourse many more..

so if the US stays inside their boundries than i'm definetly sure they won't have much problem..

when you talk about DEVIL to the the rest of the world, what comes to their mind is US, Britain, France, Russia.. not switzerland, austria, australia, newzeland..

That was our founders' original intentions on foreign affairs.

But unfortunately we have politicians and a government that believe we have to assert our authority in key locations in the world to assure American dominance as the sole economic and military superpower in the world. Consequently, we now have permanent bases by the vast majority of the earth's oil reserves. Iraq was mostly about control over the oil. Control mind you, not getting the oil itself. Its about undermining OPEC, and the ability to cut off oil to whom we wish. That gives the Americans power, esspecially in any future world energy/fuel crisis which many predict.

Actually, I have never been sure of the root cause of al qaeda's terrorism. But what you say makes sense.

The US has a history of spilling over their boundaries. The original 13 states are on the east coast...

There are probably a few in the US who would agree with that sentiment.

Oh, duh! The light went on (finally!). I wasn't thinking in terms of controlling the oil supply, I had been thinking they wanted it for our own use. Silly me!
