Defending the Truth supporting multi-languages
You may have noticed the new pull-down menu at the top of the web page. I installed a couple language packs for the web site so we can expand to users around the globe. I have also installed a hack that automatically chooses your language depending on the language of your browser.

So let's say I am living in Italy, I have the Italian version of Internet Explorer, and I visit DTT. The web site will automatically load in the Italian language version.

However, there is a small problem. The language packs are just for the forums basic titles. For example, the Search would be converted, Quick Links, Today, Log Out, etc..For some reason, I can't get the full text/posts of the web site translated. This is my project for this week...

haha It's going to be a lot of work. If it's too much, I'll just have to quit the project.

Installing the language packs took away 6 hours of my life. ACK!!!

I was so frustrated today that the site was down..ACK!!

But it's back up and I learned a whole lot about PHP and SQL. Did a lot of SQL queries to alter the database and rid of the old language that was conflicting with the English language. I thought I had to originally delete/check each phrase (around 6,500 phrases that were foreign)

But did some reading up on SQL queries and I'd say I've learned a lot today
