I thought this was interesting, even if just to see what the 'experts' consider important factors in one's life expectancy (most of which seem to be our own choices).

My d-date was 81. That's okay. LOL I don't want to be the oldest person alive LOL

It's interesting watching how some of the answers change your life expectancy.

Don't floss? You lose 6 years compared to those who do.
Daily aspirin? You get an extra 4 years for the habit.
Female? You get 4 years over the males.
More than 20 pounds overweight? Lose 10 years.

Foundit, if you lost ten years for being overweight a wee bit and I gained four years for being female, and you get to live to 80 and I get to live to 83, that is a difference of only one year, all differences tallied.

So exercise for a year, and I can count on you still being here posting til the day I die!

But seriously, that IS true and it is a new years resolution.

Reminds me of a cartoon I saw regarding a difference between men and women.
They showed a skinny woman in front of a mirror, and she saw a fat woman in the mirror.

Winter is hard on the body, isn't it though? All this time online, while the pilate dvd's are collecting dust!!! And the thing is that there is more dust when the heat is on!!!
