Question Anybody See "16 Blocks?"
It's on HBO tonight - is it worth watching?

Hubby and I watched it. It isn't my kind of movie, but he loves it. So yep, it's worth watching if you like action movies.

I like action movies - if there's some kind of plot involved (which usually leaves out Vin Diesel movies, etc.).

"Hustle and Flow" is also on Starz ... I know it was nominated for some academy awards - but it just doens't sound that interesting to me.

Hubby and I are currently bent about one of the dvds we bought yesterday. Bought 'Eragon' and it really was pretty good...But 1/3 into the movie and it froze. Isn't our dvd player, but the movie disk itself. So now, we have to drive all the way out to O'Fallon where we bought it to return it. Our local Wal-Mart won't replace it for some dang reason.

John Malkovich plays the bad guy in it, King Galbatorix...Love him as the bad guy in movies.

I watch part of "Hustle and Flow" I think I will go with 16 blocks (unless the kids have something else in mind)

I got enough exercise today, thanks for your concern though...

I agree 200% with ya there Winston. I think two of my favorite movies he was in though, have to be 'Mary Rielly' in his role as Dr. Jeckle/Mr. Hyde and 'Con Air', Cyrus the Virus. Oh, and 'The Man in the Iron Mask' (Athos) was very good too...So make it my top 3 movies with him in them.

My nephew, the world's biggest Eragon books fan, said that is a really good movie if you just bear in mind that it has very little to do with the original book.
