Talking Cannabis is for the Healing of the Nations!

"And he showed me a pure river of water of life, clear as crystal, proceeding out of the throne of God and of the Lamb. In the midst of the street of it, and on either side of the river, was there the tree of life, which bare twelve manner of fruits, and yielding her fruit every month; and the leaves of the tree were for the healing of the nations." (Rev. 22:1-2)

Sex is an inherited trait in Cannabis, and can be explained in much the same terms as human sexuality can. Like a human being, Cannabis is a diploid organism: its chromosomes come in pairs. Cannabis has 10 pairs of chromosomes (n=10), for a total of 20 chromosomes (2m=20).
These chromosomes are labelled either X or Y. Male plants have an XY pair of sex chromosomes. Females have XX.
The ones we consume are virgin females, because when males fertilize the females they get spoiled.
So why does the author of Revelations refer to the plant as female?

I like to add special significance to the part of the "Healing of the nations", because when using the word "nations", you are not talking personal, but political issues.

"So the healing of the people" could be interpreted as a medicine or something, but the "healing of the nations" is a political statement, meaning it is a plant that could actually improve the politics of the World.

Cannabis is a natural pain killer, for head aches, mentrual cramps, labor, watever, but is actually a tranquilizer, nobody will act all cracked up on ganja; like they do on alcohol or caffeine.

So if you give weed to the hard-working citizens, it could improve productivity and overall quality of life for the worker, it is a very motivational factor.

Besides the people working happier, Cannabis smoked in groups actually makes the people open to higher realities, not being so easily handled by the government corruption as the current scenario.

Taking the Bible out of the picture, lets look at this facts:

- Hemp is Earth's number-one biomass resource; it is capable of producing 10 tons per acre in four months.

- Hemp biodegradable plastic:
- In 1941 Henry Ford built a plastic car made of fiber from hemp and wheat straw. Hemp plastic is biodegradable, synthetic plastic is not.

- Car fuel made from hemp:
- Biomass can be converted to methane, methanol, or gasoline at a cost comparable to petroleum.
- Hemp fuel burns clean. Petroleum causes acid rain due to sulfur pollution.

- Hemp for energy:
- Hemp can produce 10 times more methanol than corn.

- Cannabis for food:
- Hemp seed can be pressed into a nutritious oil, which contains the highest amount of fatty acids in the plant kingdom. Essential oils are responsible for our immune system responses, and clear the arteries of cholesterol and plaque.
- Hemp seed protein is one of mankind's finest, most complete and available-to-the-body vegetable proteins.

- Hemp for paper:
- One acre of hemp can produce as much usable fiber as 4 acres of trees or two acres of cotton.
- Trees cut down to make paper take 50 to 500 years to grow, while hemp can be cultivated in as little as 100 days and can yield 4 times more paper over a 20 year period.

Hemp vs trees (for deforestation):
- One acre of hemp produces as much cellulose fiber pulp as 4.1 acres of trees, making hemp a perfect material to replace trees for pressed board, particle board, and concrete construction molds.
- Isochanvre, a rediscovered French building material made from hemp hurds mixed with lime petrifies into a mineral state and lasts for many centuries. Archeologists have found a bridge in the south of France from the Merovingian period (500-751 A.D.), built with this process.

We can only conclude God created Weed for the healing of the nations!!!!

I have to say I agree with you this one. Trees should be saved for other uses and the forests have been ravaged by paper manufacturers for years. Hemp grows wild throughout the nation in certain areas. Instead of paying for farmers not to farm in the way of farm subsidies, payment for growing and selling Hemp crops could be utilized in order to create useful products.

As for the people who wish to smoke the stuff. They are going to regardless of whether it is legal or not. I would object to legalizing Hemp for some idiot to get high on the job then make someone else pay for their habit when they do something stupid. For instance: A pot smoker does not, nor should they be allowed to operate or guide heavy equipment. Some idiot on a paving job nearly got my son ran over by a truck when a Pothead directing the machines to back up. In his doped up stupor he signaled the equipment operator and the truck driver to backup prior to looking to see if everyone was clear and that everyone was clear and no one would be ran over. Five minutes prior to that the guy had smoked a roll your own.

If the drugs are ever legalized. Employers should be able to test and regulate for drugs of any type and have the ability to refuse to hire or fire such users without restrictions or fear of retribution or cost by idiot attorneys and the corrupted legal system.
Common sense does not come very easily to some and to me common sense says stay sober while on a job of any type.

You could not have put that any better Wisdom Seeker. The only thing that I may not agree with you on is that is that marijuana could help to motivate workers. One thing I have observed, in regard to many of marijuana smoking friends, is that it is hard to get them to do anything (at least when they are high). I noticed that cutting down has really cleared up my head a lot. I am an advocate of the legalization of hemp and marijuana but just like everything else, too much of its use can have negative effects on the mind.

I think it is the fact it is illegal which prevents people from behaving the way they want to while under its influence.

I think this is the only thing I don't agree with in the article. The only true motivation is self-motivation. Cookies don't work for long, and certainly don't work for everyone. Also, by giving your workers drugs of any kind, you're certainly not going to automatically improve productivity out of just being merely a factor of motivation... on the other hand if it's their prescriptions you're helping them pay, that's a different story (assuming it's a prescription that helps them live a healthier, more productive life in general, as are mine).

Anyhow... I am certainly an advocate for abolishing the drug war, and believe in a more Libertarian way of government. Ergo, I do see the many benefits (most of which are presented in this article) of legalizing - or at least for the love of all that is good in this world, decriminalizing - marijuana.

Thanks!
