Animal Rights Activists Have 'No Choice' but Violence, Spokesman Says
By Jeff Golimowski

As soon as somebody starts talking about fighting back and using force or violence in self-defense on animals' behalf ... then all of a sudden, they're quick to apply this terrorism label."

Creationism in Schools: An Unethical Approach
Creationism in Schools: An Unethical Approach

Science and religion have seemingly always been at odds with each other. From the theories posed by Galileo to arguments regarding medical ethics today, science and religion have taken two opposing sides. The debate on whether or not creationism and intelligent design should be taught in schools is one such example. These theories with no basis in reality are being forced onto schools as a strategy of “teaching the controversy.” In this essay, it will be demonstrated that creationist thought runs not only counter to scientific theory, but also to the legal and educational standards of the public school system.

Many creationists and evolutionists alike argue for “teaching the controversy” simply for the reason of a fair and balanced education, but in concept this argument is flawed....

History & Events of the NYSE
History & Events of the NYSE

The origin of the NYSE can be traced to May 17, 1792, when the Buttonwood Agreement was signed by twenty-four stock brokers outside of 68 Wall Street in New York under a buttonwood tree. On March 8, 1817, the organization drafted a constitution and renamed itself the "New York Stock & Exchange Board". This name was shortened to its current form in 1863. Anthony Stockholm was elected the Exchange's first president.
The first central location of the NYSE was a room rented for $200 a month in 1817 located at 40 Wall Street. But the volume of stocks traded had increased sixfold in the years between 1896 and 1901 and a larger space was required to conduct business in the expanding marketplace. Eight New York City architects were invited to participate in a design competition for a new...

Compare 7 Contrast: Bill O'Reilly vs. Noam Chomsky
Compare 7 Contrast: Bill O'Reilly vs. Noam Chomsky

A political commentator is often an intelligent, well-versed person from either side of the political spectrum. These two sides, contrasting greatly with one another, offer an interesting view into not only the political realm, but that of human behavior as well. In one pairing, we find on the right Bill O’Reilly, a news show analyst and conservative mind, and on the left Noam Chomsky, a progressive author and political idealist. These two people stand in great contrast with each other.
O’Reilly is the epitome of dense. Having a hit television program, “The O’Reilly Factor,” he claims to present both sides of every debate, yet he is far from “fair and balanced.” As he debates for the far right, he hurls insults, interrupts his guests, drives bad points, and ruthlessly labels...

Cannabis and the Bible
Cannabis and the Bible

I am a weed supporter, so here I go, supporting for believers:
Something that most people ignore, is the fact that Cannabis appears 5 times in the Biblie:

"In 1936 Sula Benet (a.k.a. Sara Benetowa), a Polish etymologist from the Institute of Anthropological Sciences in Warsaw stated that: "In the original Hebrew text of the Old Testament there are references to hemp, both as incense, which was an integral part of religious celebration, and as an intoxicant"(Benet 1975). Through comparative etymological study, Bennett documented that in the Old Testament and in its Aramaic translation, the Targum Onculos, hemp is referred to as kaneh bosm, which is also rendered in traditional Hebrew as kannabos or kannabus. The root "kan" in this construction means "reed" or "hemp", while "bosm"...

Cannabis is for the Healing of the Nations!
Cannabis is for the Healing of the Nations!

"And he showed me a pure river of water of life, clear as crystal, proceeding out of the throne of God and of the Lamb. In the midst of the street of it, and on either side of the river, was there the tree of life, which bare twelve manner of fruits, and yielding her fruit every month; and the leaves of the tree were for the healing of the nations." (Rev. 22:1-2)

Sex is an inherited trait in Cannabis, and can be explained in much the same terms as human sexuality can. Like a human being, Cannabis is a diploid organism: its chromosomes come in pairs. Cannabis has 10 pairs of chromosomes (n=10), for a total of 20 chromosomes (2m=20).
These chromosomes are labelled either X or Y. Male plants have an XY pair of sex chromosomes. Females have XX.
The ones we consume are virgin females,...

Thoughts about porn and masturbation
Thoughts about porn and masturbation

Reasons for stop masturbating and watching porn:

Reason 1: Because everytime you ejaculate, you are loosing precious sexual energy, that is why you can´t get it up after ejaculating. To say that you get it back is a mistake, because that type of energy is stored in semen. Semen re-generates, but I prefer to give all that energy to my wife. I´m even trying to stop ejaculating in sex, so I can last for days!!!

Reason 2: I have watched porn for 10 years as I said, so MANY images are stored in my mind, making me lust for women I haven´t even met. Getting to the point: When I have sex with my wife, I want to be with her 100%, in mind and body, but when masturbation is a daily thing, I find myself lusting on another women while having sex with my wife to get off. So I don´t like that, I...

Nirvana & Enlightment Vs Matter & Ego
Nirvana & Enlightment Vs Matter & Ego

"Evil really only exists because good people do nothing", teachings from Emperor Halie Selassie I (aka Rastafari).

We all have seen what our fellow humans are capable of doing, Evil is all around us.
But it is the ignorance of those who do wrong, and the ignorance of those who educated them that opens a path for evil to get in their hearts.
We are all human, so we are all subject to ignorance, hell, I dont know about most of the things I talk about, so we are all ignorant in some level or another.

I also don´t think Enlightment is about one person reaching Nirvana.
You won t be able to reach Nirvana if your purpose is to stop your own suffering, that is not possible.
The path to enlightment is a path of suffering, because as you become more and more enlightened, you become more...
