| I'm reading Naked Lunch by William Burroughs. I've had the book for a while. The first time I tried to read it I tried to read it as a conventional novel. I didn't get far. I'm reading it randomly now, not worrying about whether it makes sense all the time. I've been told to "surrender myself to the experience" which is what I'm doing. And I like it, too. I nearly got Lenin. Economic Left/Right: -8.25 Social Libertarian/Authoritarian: -8.87 Industrial Workers of the World: http://www.iww.org/ | |||||||||||||||||||||

| The Epic of Gilgamesh (author unknown) - this is the first time I've had to read it for a class, it's very different than when I was simply reading it for pleasure. Μηδὲν ἄγαν Γνῶθι σεαυτόν Ἀνάγκᾳ δ’οὐδὲ θεοὶ μάχονται | |||||||||||||||||||||
